Guys I\'ve been a silent visitor to this site. I\'ve a great news for all those who have been the victims of "COMPANY NAME CHANGE" hold. I just came to know that my case has been approved. I work for COMSYS and my case has been on hold since April. I\'ve filed for an Amendment (I-140) in mid May but have not received a receipt so far. GOOD LUCK TO ALL.

can you mention if your 140 and 485 had different/same empolyer name ?

Congratulations...Can you post your details. I am also a \'name change\'(comsys) sufferer. My ND is 7/5/00. Still Waiting ....

Applied for Amendment in second week of May. No receipt

they actually removed the hold and approved for ND 1/00 !
