My I-140 recently got approved and I'm currently waiting for an interview date at Chennai.
I work for a Big 5 consulting firm that recently changed its name. Chennai consulate has issued a communication saying that they don't require an amended I-140 catering to the name change. Given the fact that I will quite possibly have all other documents intact (list per other postings on this forum) apart from the Amended I-140, I was wondering if anyone had encountered a similar situation. If so, did the Immigration Officer at the Consulate ask for an amended I-140? Thanks.
