I have two questions.
1) What happens if the name of the sponsoring company changes after I485 has been filed for almost a year. In case of an RFE for employment letter,is it sufficient for the employer to mention the name change??
2) Do pay stubs have to bear the same name as sponsoring company. In my case the Parent coompany is the sponsoring comapny but my pay stubs come from thr group which I am working for as it is a large company and though I am wrking on the same project the group keeps on changing.
