I applied for GC under RIR from company A in Dec 2002. My labour is still pending in Missouri. My H1 6 years expires in March 2004. I am planning to apply for 7th year extension. But my company is brought by another company B last month. But my company is still operating on its name only and i get my pay checks from my company A only. Only the owner ship of the company changed to B. While applying for 7th year should i apply on Company B or Company A. If so, how does my labour effect and furthur during I140 phase. Any help in this matter is really appreciated...
