I filed PERM 1 month ago (Feb 28, 2007) and my application is "In Process" with the Atlanta Center. Since then, my sponsoring company is merging(getting bought-out) with a bigger company. After the merger the location, address, line of business, management, etc. of my current sponsoring company will remain unchanged. The name of the new merged company, however, will most likely be different.
I would like to know what actions, if any, I have to take regarding this change for my PERM and later on for the I-140 application?
Any advice or suggestions will be most appreciated.
