What kind of paper should be used for response RFE?
I am working in a small company and it dose not has a paper with company logo on it. Do you guys think I should request my company to print some paper with company’s logo on it for me in case BCIS request employment letter for RFE, or just a blank paper with HR/manager’s signature is also OK?

I say If you can you better ask your company to give you the requested REF with company logo on it. You know how BCIS works they questioned all the documents submitted to them and will try to find any thing to make any process slow. Therefore if I were you I will ask my company to give a letter with the company logo on it.

This is just my opinion and hope users of this forum will assist you on this one.

Regards,

It would be better if the company sent the information on a paper with their logo. If not, at try something with their name.

However, nothing in the RFE or BCIS regulations calls for such documents. I think a formal memorandum containing the pertinent information should suffice. As long as you include the Company's name, address, phone number, you should be ok.

p.s. not a legal advice, so you may wish to consult your lawyer

BCIS is very good at pointing out where you missed to strike your 'T' and to dot your 'i' and send an RFE for this. I would not like to take any chances and send something to BCIS on a piece of paper other than company's formal stationary.

The alternative choice would be to send something with company's rubber stamp and duly notorized to establish its validity. Otherwise, I won't be comfortable if BCIS would accept it.

BTW, at the time of starting your GC process itself all the company and employment related documents should've been on the company's formal stationary. I'm wondering how did you get this far without that?

Thanks

If I were you, I would offer to get some good quality stationery for the company made free of charge.:)

Thanks for all you guys input.

Hopefully my company will not think I am crazy to request them printing paper with company logo on it just for my RFE.

thukralrk: my case is AC21 case, that is why I have got so far.

In these days of gifs/jpgs and Color printers

How long does it take to create an impressive piece of stationery? Not too long. You do not need to get expensive stationery printed in bulk to achieve what you want to do.
