Company letter/List of document for H-1B revalidation

Guys,

I am planning to send my passport for H-1B revalidation, and was hoping you guys can help me with two things:

1) Is there a sample company letter somewhere that I can use? The DOS site says the company letter should justify the need for the visa. What should my company say? Is there a reason required for wanting the visa?

2) The process seems straigtforward to me, but is it better to have the company attorney do it?

If the process looks straight forward to you, why the questions

My suggestion is to have to corporate attorney do it. At least the attorney should be able to advise you regarding the contents of the letter.
