Hi All:
I am on a L1A Visa (Managerial Executive transfer, EB1) since March 2003. My employer will be filing for my I-140 shortly (couple of weeks) in VSC. I understand that the filing is to be done by the employer and I play practically no role in it. Are there any common/known issues the Gurus in the forum know of that can be avoided in the I-140 process, which I should be aware of? Just want smooth sailing
