Company Closing

Can i change my employer right after filing my I-485 immediately as my employer is closing the company(running out of business). Please response ASAP..Thanks!

Similar Situation

My I-140 is approved with a priority date of Oct 06. My company is closing and I have joined a new company as of this week. Any way I can still file my I-485 before Aug 17? Not sure if the new company can get my PERM labor certification approved before Aug 17.
