company change without 140 approved

the problem is your company can withdraw your 140 application anytime they want before it's approved. then you will loose your EAD, AP and 485. if your company doesn't withdraw your 140, you shall be fine theoretically. it's just too risky to switch company before 140 get approved.

Theoritically unrestricted EAD allow us to change jobs. However your current employer may try to withdraw his petition and use the labor for someone else. I am sure NSC may be slow on I-140 approval but it will fire when it comes to I-140 withdrawl. If your employer is not that interested, the other risk may be, he will not respond to RFE's incase if they arise. So it is better to wait.
