Company Change. Stamping Required?

Friends,

I have visa stamping for H1B till April 30, 08. If I change company. Will my visa on my passport be valid for travel? Or should I get it stamped again?

No new stamping required for travel until April 30, 08, ie until the validity of stamped visa. But you have to carry new Company H1 approval notice, employment verification letter and pay-stubs while re-entering the country. At the port-of-entry you will be asked which company you are working for, and you have to tell about the new company and show the new H1 approval along with letter and any other pertinent document.
