My H1B is expiring in 4 months. My green card process is Consular processing, Labor was approved in 2003 and I-140 was approved in 2004. Since my GC process is CP with EB3 and the I can not get my interview date due to the RETROGRESSION. My H1B extension has been approved, I don't know yet but we requested 3 years. The questions are;
1) Can I change my company to another one with this H1B extension (1 year or 3 year)?
2) My PD (Priority Date) is 2002, after changing the company, since my case was CP I assume that I have to start over from scratch. I want to apply with EB2 for the green card in another company, would my previous PD still considered the same as 2002? (I have eligibility for EB2)
