Hello, My Labour got cleared and my lawyer applied for I-140 but its not cleared yet. I have to change the company as the company which is processing my GC is closing. I have joined a new company. Is there anything which can be done to continue the same green card processing. My present company is in Newyork which will take me years to start all over again. Please advice. I had opted for CP option. If i-140 clears i only need a interview date. IS there any hope for me?
