Company branch closing - LC pending

One of my friends is in a situation and he needs some help from you guys. He works for a company in Dallas. But this company has it's corporate office in California. He applied for his Labor thru his branch office in Dallas and is pending for quite some time.

The company is closing down its branch office in Dallas. What is his status now? He got his H1-B also from the Dallas office. He has only till August next year for his 6 years to complete on H1-B. What is the best thing to do now? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I would say, leave the pending LC the way it is. Don't withdraw, who knows DOL may approve without RFE/NOF.

Also, file another from Company Head Office.
