company bought what happens to I-140

My company was bought out after my 140 was filed.
Do i need to file an ammendmend before or after 140 is cleared
Have u undergone that. What papers are needed. The buy out papers that i have and blanket transfer papers do not have my name on it but does has my h1b lin number. Need to talk 8475726964

I-140 amendment

U will have to file for I-140 amendment soon. Check with your attorney on the "successor in interest" clause. This is mainly when a company get bough. Good luck.
