The division that I'm in is being bought by a German company.
I am currently working under H1. Not sure what I should do -
(a) file for a H1 transfer?
(b) use my EAD?
(c) any problems when traveling using AP?
485 is pending and 140 has been approved for 1 year now.
Anyone in the same boat? Pls. advice!
