Company addresss change

Hi all,

My I-140 is pending for approval and the company has just moved. They are reviewing files submitted on 03/06 and my file was submitted on 06/06. So, I may have responese in a couple of months. Should I update the address with Nebraska Service Center now or wait until they question about it? Should I also update for my 485 too?

What kind of documents should I provide for company address's change?

Your company needs to update them directly, probably wouldn't hurt to have them call, fax, and certified-letter them to notify. If your work location has changed, your company may have to file a new LCA for your H1 too, but I'm not sure of the logistics of that since I only process Green Card cases. Have your company HR speak with your attorney.
