Please advice me on how to proceed with my case :
I-140 Approved 5/02
I-485 RD 6/25/02 ; ND 7/8/02
My sponsoring company was bought over by another on 1/16/03 .As for me nothing has changed with regards to title and job duties. A week ago received an EVL RFE and my attorney is asking $1000 to file the reply. I am thinking of replying on my own and I am not sure whether should I use AC21 or go with "Successor of Interest" under new company. Any help with how to draft the letters would be appreciated.
Also , do I need to file G28 since I'll be representing myself ?
