My company got acquired recently and it has been more than 180 days since I filed my 485. Do I need to file for amended I140 or stay put. My attorney says we\'ll have to wait we get some regulations from the INS on AC21 clause 106. The memo from INS states that my application would need no change. However, it also states that I notify the service center that the change has occured. Anybody has experience in these types of cases.
