My details: EB3 India PD 2/98, RD/ND oct 99, FP 3/01, Received RFE for employment letter on 4/3/01. Meanwhile my company got bot in 10/00 and the name of the company was changed. The lawyer says, he will send the employment letter in new company\'s name. Lawyer is not sure if we have to redo I-140. He says, he will wait for INS instructions.
Does anybody know, what happens in such cases and what is the procedure? Has anybody seen such cases getting approved and how much time does it take for approval?
