Company Acquired after 140 approval.. what to do?

My 140 got approved from company A.. A is acquired by company B. What to do?

Any chances of proceeding with 485 filing?

You should continue with I485

I had the same issue. Continued to file 485 and also I140 ammendment. This was before AC21 guidelines. As per my understanding, you do not even need to file for Ammended I140.

You should file I485 so that you do not lose any more time. Consult your attorney also or get second opinions.

is there any special need to proove the acquisition and successor in interest between the two companies?
