Company abroad is getting closed

Hi,

I came to US on L1 visa and my L1 is expiring soon and my company has applied for L1 extenasion and I am on US payroll.

The company which exisited abroad from which company I came to this US company on L1 visa is getting closed.

What will happen to my L1 visa?

Sorry to say, that your L visa is tied to that employer, so if that company goes out of business your visa is gone with that company

If you wish to remain in the USA you may wish to purchase a business (contingent on E visa) and apply for E visa before your company closes down.You may then stay in the US till decision.
