Company A took over by Company B

Hi,

Company A is took over by Company B. Please let me know what to do in the following scenarios?

I belong to Company A

1) How does that impact my H1 and Green Card processing. Recently I got H1 extended for 3 year based on Labor and I140 approvals?
2) Does the new company files the H1 again?
3) I have approved I140. How does this effect filing I485 application when it becomes current?
4) If I want to leave this company and go to new company, what would be the complications? do I need to file labor and I140 based on previous priority date? or can I carry forward?

Please help providing this information at the earliest.
