company A 140/485 concurrent filing & company B labor filing in diff state.

Hello,

Say Company A has a pre approved labor and I used that to file the 140/485. In the same time can Company B can file for a GC labor in different state?

I have 16 months left out in my H1, just wanted to be safer side for the 7th year extn...

Also can the company A itself is elgible for applying the 7th year H extn? is that possible with the substitute labor?

Any input is appreciated.

As long as your I-140/I-485 is not adjudiciated you can get the 7th year extension from company A( I am assuming that you have H1 with them ).
