My case was pending for a long time and on hold due to comp. name change.
I applied for A I140 and got stuck up in the mailroom delay. Finally when they took my A I140, somebody took my 485 application also and sent an RFE.
Did anybody got approved, after getting an RFE and without replying, since the information is there in A I140 file. My lawyer is not in a position to reply RFE for another 1 month.
Anyway I called them and explained today. She said if the A I140 answers the RFE information, they will approve automatically, check after 2 weeks.
Just keeping my fingers crossed.
