I am a landed immigrant of Canada
1.If I apply for commuter green card, will my family also get the GC.
2.When can I change my job after obtaining the commuter GC, will I have to apply afresh.
3.When I want to move to US what do I need to do for myself and my family.

The first Q is no for the same time as you get GC, but your family can apply later on when you decide to be a "permanent" GC.
