Communication with NSC

Hi. I'm new and I have a question. Is the NSC communicating with people by email? I'm wondering about all those post with people recently receiving their approvals. Thanks.

You have to register at USCIS site:
https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/selectusertype.jsp
to get e-mails (have your case numbers handy to make a portfolio there).
