i will be applying for I485 thru employment-concurrent.

What are the common type of RFE's in the 485 stage..

employers ability to pay
missing/incomplete medicals
photographs
proof of lawful presence during certain period
birth certificate/affidavits
proof of legit marriage (in appropriate settings or in rfe for dependent)
supplemental medical form incomplete/missing
varicella immunization
etc etc

Thanks for the quick reply.

Hmm the companies ability to pay -- does it hower in 485 stage too...

If one uses AC21 and jumps into another company -- does the INS still require the orginal companies or the new companies' ability to pay..

Honest, I do not have experience with employer filed petitions/AC21, I am a self-petitioned (EB1EA) ... so about LC/RIR based cases and AC21 kinda stuff I do not know much about...
Hopefully others with that background will jump in to help this post
Ability to pay, afterall, may not be an issue at 485 stage (I was thinking about concurrently filed 140/485 with 140 not approved yet). Maybe one of the other folks can clarify....
