Common Reasons for RFE on EAD & AP

Hello Gurus

My case status for my 2nd AP & EAD says that they have sent me an RFE, however I am unsure what its for ( as i've not yet recd it) - I was wondering what are the common reasons for an RFE on an AP & EAD

I switched employers recently and sent an AC21, but looking at posts here perhaps its possible that they want job proof like an offer letter etc ?

Any help is appreciated
