I spoke to an IIO couple days ago. When her watch recorded that 20 minutes has elpased, she started to ask me for receipt number. I gave her the number. She was sharp enough to see thru my mind what I have plan to ask. Immediately after she got my receipt number, she replied: " we have serious backlog - 90 days back log". I replied :"hum" almost want to spell out the four letters. Insteads I asked her comment on AVM: 330~360 days. She replied:" that number is no correct!"... I have asked quite a number more interesting questions following that, she doesn\'t able to reply prompty for several of my questions. I entered all her replies to my computer to compile and hang my damp computer. I can only concluded that she was a "brand new" virgin chick at NSC
