Coming to USA on a Canadian passport

Few questions:
1. Am I right that you don't need a visa to travel to the US with a Canadian passport?
2. How long are you allowed to stay in the US when entering with a Canadian passport, ie what is stamped on your passport at the port of entry?
3. I understand you wont need to fill out an I94 card.
 
Further to the original posters question, I was curious as a Canadian Citizen, if I stay in the United States for 6 months, and return to Canada...how long do I have to wait before I can enter again for an "extended stay" of 1-6 months?
 
i don't think there is a limit on your stay, in any case you are not stamped in or out, however u r not allowed to work without permission
