Coming on B2 Visa while waiting for K1

Hi,

My fiance has her B2 visa until end of February. She already came twice, first time in May for 2 weeks and then in October for 3 months, during this period we filed for K1. Can she come her again while her B2 visa has not expired yet and while waiting for K1? is there a maximum number of times that she can come her with B2.

The general rule of thumb with any tourist visa is to spend as much time out of the states as you do in the states. As you said she came in October for 3 months then am I right in presuming that she left in dec/jan? If this is the case then it is extremely risky to attempt re-entry so soon (ideally she should wait 3 months after her latest US departure date before attempting to come back). Of course, she could breeze through POE with no problems, but the chances of her being questionned further or denied entry are highly increased due to the small amount of time spent in her home country...therefore, make sure whenever she does come back that she has evidence of ties back to her home country to prove to the IO (should they request it) that she does intend to return home after her visit (eg mortgage payments, rental/lease agreements, letter for employer stating when she is due back at work etc....though these should only be shown IF the IO asks to see them....never vounteer information).
