I have a question regarding my wife:
We got married before I got my permanent residency approval so we are planning to do a "follow to join" by applying via I824.
We just found out that she currently has a valid B1/B2 visa stamped on her passport. We are excited that she could use it to come here earlier even for a
brief visit. She's gotten it many years ago when she was a high-school
student and visited US for about a month. However it's still not expired until 2008.
Can she use that visa to come over to US before her GC gets approved??
Or would that be a problem regarding her GC process we are about to start??
