Very complicated case....

Lost my job before I140 approval....My I140 sponsored company and me fought. So, jumpede to another company before I140 approval. After I140 approval, paid some money to previous company and got future employment letter. Again fought....Still we are not in terms.

But now that company is about to be closed any time...only...two guys are working...IT consulting company.

So, i was counting every day....due to so many uncertainities....

Thanks to every one.

Particularly the great POJ, ADDTX, tsc_ka_mara, Poongundranar, Bash, ChinaBee and all...

As the most complicated case of mine is approved....Every one will be approved soon. Don't worry.

Only issue is you have to wait.

Otherwise you all are fine. Think about my hard ships so your's always much better than mine.

I have the same situation but I did not fight with the company layoff before 140 Approval....

Did your message changed any time before or after FP done in FP1 - July 28/04.

but whatever you believe on God/???? make your faith like solid 'Fort' unshakeable faith and believe on him. think in this way when the right time come and its is written in your luck you would get ur G.C and noone can stop it. all you need to do whatever struggle you can do, be patient and pray and leave everyting on him. He (God) would make things to happen.

My LUD never changed in my GC life. However, after FP, after 15 days LUD changed once stating that, received FP and process resumes...that's all. Otherwise, always same message 900-950 days blah...blah....for 2 years.
