Hi
I am a student of University of Bridgeport and right now i am in my OPT status which started on 22nd jan 2009.i have a job offer and i am supposed to join the company after that date and due to some medical problems i was in hospital for 10 days and after that i went to INDIA for the treatment
Now my Questions are
i am planning to come back on Mar 27th 2009.is it ok for me to come back before 4 days to file my H1.
will i have any problems if while coming back.my Professors said that there wont be any problem as long as i have a job offer with the employer in united states.
and if i cannot come back before this Apr 1 2009 can i file my H1-b visa with the same employer in Master's quota or not.these are my questions.
plz help me by answering these questions....
