I talked to IIO today about my case
598PD 1199 RD Compan Name Change was hold. Applied for Amnd I 140 in May.
To my repeated question "Is it still on hold or is it assigned to somebody" he said "we are processing (Company name change) cases. You will hear from us within 60 days or otherwise call your attorney".
My question is, should I withdraw the I 140 application? will it hurt 485?
one of my friends with similar profile but I-140 applied in April, after 16 months they sent a query.
Any suggestions?
