Is a foreign educational equivalent acceptable?

There are two options
1. yes
2. no

In my case in this form No ( 2nd ) is checked.

All my education is in India only. Should not it have been "YES".

Any comment is appreciated.

My 1-140 is recently approved. can I have any problem because of this in future?

Since your I-140 is already approved, now you are fine. Only risk was with I-140, By the way which service center was your I-140 was approved at Nebraska? or Texas?
