Columbus Ohio - Oath Ceremony Duration???

Y'all, I have my Oath on the 20th at 8:30 AM in the Marconi Boulevard District Court...

Did anybody here take the Oath in that location?

Also, how long does this process take place???

The reason I ask is that I have to fly to Arizona on the same day and my flight is for 12:30 PM (employer booked this flight :()

Assuming that everything can be done by 10:30 or max 11:00 AM, I can make the flight... or I have to request him to book another flight outta here... he has already done me many favors and I am afraid that he will sack me if I make one more request! :(

You should be done by 10am if all goes well.
 
You might want to call and ask your district office about that. i took my oath in cincinnati last week, and the letter said to show up promptly at 11am. apparently, the actual ceremony was supposed to start at 1pm and they put in 2 hrs to organize seating and check in people (take away green cards, update records, etc).

Thanks, RK.. the DO was not helpful... they said that it depends on the court...
I couldnt get hold of the court lady, either ... will try again tomorrow and see..

If some of our friends in this forum went to this particular court to get oath, maybe they will be able to shed some light..
 
Got my oath letter too

I got my letter for the oath ceremony on the 9th of april in columbus. It says final interview at 8:30 and ceremony will be two hrs from that time. did u get the same?
