Columbus, OH - Starnge FP notice...

Hi All,
I live in Columbus, OH. My 485 was filed at VSC. But today I got my FP notice from NSC. Is this because I live in Columbus or is it because my app is being processed/sent to NSC ?

RD - 8/10/01
ND - 9/28/01
FP - received on 7/10.

It's ok

You got FP notice from NSC 'coz OH comes under NSC jurisdiction. The FP results will be sent back to VSC.

Your RD is 08/10/2001 - why don't you go to the FP center on Wednesday or Saturday and try to do an early FP? I think it'll speed up your approval. Wish you goodluck!

Try your luck...

Just go there with all the necessary things mentioned on the FP notice. Show them the FP notice - don't say anything that you're doing early FP etc. But if they ask, tell the truth! - that you've rcvd FP notice quite late and doing early FP might expedite the process.
