There was a similar thread, but could not find it.

It's been a while now, DOL site still sez Colorado SESA is processing Apr01 cases (regular), looks like due to relativistic velocities of DOL processing times, time has ultimatelly frozen on their web-site.

Any updates for cases submitted immediatelly after Apr01? I recall there were couple of ppl on the forum with June01 PD-s?

Thanks for the Reply, Colorado SESA finished Training Workshop for 245(i) Applicants (filed on April 30th 2001) on Oct 17th 2002. Hope fully things should move faster now. They have Sent lettere to All the Applicants which they can not proceesd due to Erors/In sufficient info. They corrected all the Application with mistakes.
May be we need to wait for 2 months from now to claer April 2001.
Any body applied under 245(i) Goth the Ad Letter Please Respond.

Still 2 more months................Its very bad. I thought that they will start processing MAY applications from November.
Mine is in August 2001. Do you have any idea of the number applications after April.
Hope that the "current status" for 140 & 485 wont go away by the time our labor gets cleared.
