My GC RIR Labor filed with Colorado DOL in May 01 has now been remanded back to the state to be processed under Non RIR category. My employer's request to take back the application to make changes in the job description has been approved and given a time of 45 days from the date of letter DOL officer sent to my employer. If my application with ammended job description is submitted after 45 days it will be treated as new application with oct 03 priority date!
