CODE 2 Biometrics appointment after I485 approval

My I485 was approved on Feb 3, 06. I didn't receive the physical card. Today I received a notice saying FBI is unable to process my finger prints so I have to go to local office to get my finger prints taken again.

Is this the one for my physical card or some mistake? Because I did have my finger prints taken several times and each time was rejected by FBI. Finally VSC ask me to submit police clearance in lien of criminal background check.

Pretty strange. If you did got approved, was your passport stamped or you received a letter. In that case there could have been a mistake.
You may want to use Infopass and visit your local office.
