Code 1 FP on May 5th and May 9th mail returned

Hi Gurus,

I have moved from old address 2 years back i have sent AR11 and informed the updated address .
I got the Code 1 FP and they took all 10 FP's on may5th ( came to new address )
and on may10th there is an updated on uscis website there mail got returned ( not sure where they sent and i believe they might have sent it to old address )

Called there 1-800 no and they said they are going to send it again but will need to wait for 45 days .. ( they have no clue what they send to me )

Does any one know how to find out what address they have on my 1485 file's and what excatly they have sent me ..

any help would be really appreciated ..

Not able to find from the 1800 tel no ..

Concern is some mails has to be followed with in 30 days of time frame
