My wife and me were first fingerprinted in May 2004. Since the FP have expired, we've been scheduled for renewal.
The puzzle is that my wife has received code 1 FP for Oct 20, 2005 and then we both have received code 3 FP appointment for Oct 26, 2005. Company's attorney says that we need to attend all appointments if we don't want to see any trouble later on.
I find it silly to take off from work and to drive 26 miles one way on Oct 20 and then again on Oct 26. If we're doing code 3 FP on Oct 26, it takes care of code 1 anyway..But would like to confirm if some one has already experienced this kind of situation.
