He doesn't have the last 3 months worth of pay stubs. He has a bunch of random ones of the last 6 months. Should I send those in?
 
you dont necessarily need pay stubs , w2's and and tax returns should be fine .. you can check on the instructions as well, only w2's and tax returns are marked in bold
