I am about to submit my AOS but I just want to confirm if we need to include a copy of my co-sponor's birth certicate.
He his a USC but said he cannot find his BC right now & I do not want that to delay my submision. Can I go ahead & submit without his BC, he has include other document from his job & house titles

Please can anyone just give me a brief rundown on any other thing we might include in the AOS, apart from the forms, marrige abstract, Copies of Hubby BC, SS, drivers liecence.

We have all the forms and have fill them out.

Do we need to put pictures or lease agreement at this stage

Thank you

As far as I read it here http://uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/files/I-864.pdf
the co-sponsor does not necessarily need a birth certificate.
He/She is entitled to prove his/her legal status by submitting EITHER a birth certificate OR a passport OR a certificate of naturalization or citizenship

On the bottom of page 4 of the above mentioned form it is written:

If you are a joint sponsor or the relative of an
employment-based immigrant requiring an affidavit of
support, proof of your citizenship status.
For U.S. citizens or nationals, a copy of your
birth certificate, passport, or certificate of
naturalization or citizenship.
For lawful permanent residents, a copy of both
sides of your I-551, Permanent Resident Card.

As far as the I-485 is concerned you might want to check the requirements for this form here http://uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/files/i-485pk3.pdf
Pictures are required, the medical exam is, but I don't think a lease agreement would be necessary right now. I'm not positive though, and other members here might post their opinion on this matter.
Anyway, if you don't submit those requested documents you'll get an RFE and your case will be delayed.
