We had a co-sponsor for the I-864. I think my assets would be ok to meet the amount, but another family member volunteered to also file a I-864. When we get our interview notice will they require the co-sponsor to attend, or is just the USC petitioner (me) and the beneficiary (my wife)?

Just you and your wife.

If you have not submitted the requested documents (tax forms, BC/naturalization cert, etc.) take COPIES of these (for the co-sponsor) when you go for your interview. That's it. If you had a affidavit of support issue, you would most likely be contacted by USCIS (via an RFE) before your interview.

We sent in with our co-sponsor I864 a copy of the information page of their passport, and their 2008 taxes plus 1099s/W-2s. Is there anything else I am missing?

If USCIS request that I submit information at the interview that I didn't send in with the original application package do they send me an RFE?
