Co sign/supervise PA/NP

i know its not a immigration question, but i wanted some feedback. we are a group of physicians, the company hired a NP , can they force us to supervise /co sign for a NP against our will.
2. when a new physician is hired in the group , can they force you to co-sign the charts for the new physician( because of insurance related issues, till the new physician gets credentialed independently) .
I personally dont feel comfortable doing it, even if someone might be very good.

don't think so. you don't have to sign for anything you are uncomfortable with.where i worked during my J1 waiver, the NP had a different collaborating physician.
