CNN news about H1-B cap

Yesterday in CNN, there was a report about "Effect of H1-B in the current economy". Overall the report sounded negative for H1-B employees. Some US citizans during interview, complained that companies are using this as the first resort instead of last.

CNN also said, there is a house committee REPORT on H1-B cap is due end of this August... It also mentioned that this report is very critical, since the house will meet in september to take some actions based on this report, along with other immigration issues.

Can anyone throw some light about this news ? Does it have any relevance to 485 approvals ?

btw... I tried to find the internet version of this news from CNN site, but I could not.

I think, This is just another proof of what is happenning in INS Texas. They and people in control do not like aliens. They are fishing for some thing to do. They were also very unhappy that manufacuring and production is moving out of their country. They were also saying that IT is moving out of their country.
At this moment due to bad economy every one is trying to do some thing. This government is hell-bound to find things wrong with every one, but them selves.

Is it bad. Yes, it is certainly not good. Will it effect us, Yes it may. Can we do some thing about it? No, we can not do any thing about it. Should we get scared? No, We should not.
 
I think they probably reduce the h1b employees in future.
As of now i would not worry.
