Clock Reset for H1B Holders.

I have valid H1 visa to work in US and its almost 4 years completed out of 6 years.I have valid visa till 2005 July.If i leave the country and will enter into the country after one year with old visa,will my clock set back for 6 years again?or do i have to get new H1 for reset the clock?
